How do you ship your products and how long does it take for delivery?

We ship all our products using DHL’S global network and within India and Internationally. The speed and service time varies from region to region but on average a client in the US receives our shipments within 7 working days once it is ready for dispatch. Although we’ll do our very best to ensure our shipment reaches you within this time frame, we are by no means to be held responsible for any delay in delivery, which could be caused by the shipping company or customs or any other unforeseen situation that is beyond our control.

What material are the idols displayed to purchase on the website? (shop instore)

These idols are made from Corian material which is a man made material, sturdy quality. It is as hard as wood still light in weight as compared to marble. ( it’s the material that is commonly used on table tops and kitchen platforms.) Murtis made in this material have a similar look to ones made from marble at a relatively lower price which also makes it ideal for gifting purposes.

Where can we purchase the Pure Marble Idols collection from?

Our Pure Marble range is only available at the showroom in Mumbai. We showcase a wide variety for you to have a look and choose from. Feel free to contact us on 9322897526 or 9819392235 to book your appointment. Our team will help you decide what best suits the requirement along with unique painting and finishing options.

How do you maintain/clean the idols once bought?

Our advice would be to clean it once a week with a broad brush which we provide with your purchase to dust of dust on it if any. Please do not place it under a tap of running water or use a very wet cloth to clean it. This will affect the longevity of the painting on the murti.

Who is responsible for the damage in transit?

We are very proud of our packaging, for we take a lot of care and precaution in doing so. We take no chances and pack our products the same way whether it’s a domestic shipment or an international one. Whether we are shipping it ourselves or handing it over to someone else, our intention is always to ensure and hope our products reach you safely that never changes.
Many of our clients check-in our packed temples in airline cargo as well and it’s reached them safely. So far we have not had any issues. But it’s pertinent to note that we are only responsible for when we directly ship it to you. In any other event, our liability for loss or damage ceases, once we hand over the shipment to you or the courier company.
